Razr Maxx shut down last night and won't turn on now...help?

]My Razr Maxx froze up last night, I pressed the power button and lower volume button at the same time and rebooted...10 minutes later it turned off and I can't get it to turn on...any suggestions??
I have only had my phone 2 months and this has happened 5 or 6 times...starting to get annoyed!!

Warranty claim if it less then a year old? Maybe a factory set may help.
