Razr ics q2 world wide except

THE US! why do they do this to us? I mean even Canada is getting it before us! We were all told Q1 then after the date passed moved to Q2 now its not available for the public to know i understand it takes time to release these things but seriously they have a vid of a guy using ics on his razr on YouTube so its obviously functional so why flip us the proverbial bird and. Give us our just dessert? Any thoughts?

i think big red has a hand in this. maybe they dont like the ICS feature of letting you freeze apps.
