razr blade utility problems

So after receiving the update today, I decided to root using the razr blade utility. But it didn't work. I have a superSU app installed that will open but says "there is no su binary installed, and superSU cannot install it. This is a problem!" and then it closes. I can't delete the superSU app. Also i downloaded root checker and i do not have root. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it safe to try again with the superSU app already installed?

Well that's good to know, I was actually planning on doing the same thing today.

I just started downloading the OTA update. I will see if I can find a way to root.

Run root again. Can't hurt anything.

Ran it again and it worked the second time. Took about twice as long and i thought it was hung up on step 3 cleaning up but eventually it went through.
