Razr Blade Utility?

I'm very close to pulling the trigger on my Razr Maxx running the OTA jellybean update.

My question is and I know its probably been addressed but will the Razr Blade Utility method work with the new OTA?

Stemo just a heads up on the Wifi hotspot hack as well.. if you also decide to do that... I had to use SQlite V 2.0.1 and can confirm it works as it should.
