question about unrevoked on my PC

i have 2 DInc. phones, one rooted and one not rooted, i left the unrevoked forever on my PC and left the setings in device manager, and when i pluged my un-rooted phone into the PC to charge it, it reset the phone, didnt root the phone just did a reset, is this normal and is there a way to not have this happen?

Set the unrooted device as change only.
