How to remove Cyanogen 6 and Unroot

Hey guys, I am new to the Rooting your phone thing. Used unrevoked to root my Incredible. Downloaded ROM manager and installed Cyanogen 6 but after a couple of days I want my Incredible the way it was before being rooted so that I can update to the Official 2.2.

Is there a way to get rid of Cyanogen from my Incredible? Can I unroot my phone to get the official 2.2? Are there risks?

All I did is use Unrevoked to root my Incredible and Install Cyanogen 6. Nothing else.
