Q2 is up.. Update??

I thought there was suppose to be an update to the Droid before the end of Quarter 2.. An update that would, among other things, allow one to download and use Flash Player.. Any thoughts??

There has been a ton of discussion on Froyo including updates on anticipated release timeframes. Have you missed it all?

Any time you hear "X part of YYYY" or "X quarter of YYYY" it really doesn't mean a thing (but should give you an idea of how rough a timeline they have). It's when they officially announce a hard date that it really matters.

Froyo (2.2) is supposed to be released for the Droid this summer, which is required to run Flash.

If you can't wait, you can install the rooted 2.2 and then install the Adobe Flash .apk as a lot of us have done. It works great!
