1. I got my used xt610 online, the previous user had installed CM9 ICS. He had created a backup on an old memory card which stopped working and is now lost

2. My phone just hung up all of a sudden, i factory resetted with/out sdcard, n wiped d caches. But the phone keeps getting stuck on the 'M' logo.
3. What can be done now. owing to how outdated the droid pro has become- Though hands down for a phone in this budget.
