[KERNEL] Project Elite - ELite Kernel

Welcome to the first part of Project Elite’s current ROM project. This kernel is currently being developed with Project Elite ROM in mind. We aim to provide users with a ROM/KERNEL that is slim but includes all the everyday options that users want. The kernel only includes the governors and schedulers that produce the best results. It does not have the 10-15/schedulers that other kernels have. Lots of logging has been disabled as well. This is our first release for the Samsung Galaxy S4. We hope to have our ROM up and running as soon as possible. But here is your first taste of PE on the S4. Even though PE will be AOSP, I have compiled the kernel for both AOSP and TW. Currently kernel is only available for ATT and VZW varients.

* CPU L2 cache overclocked to 1.3Ghtz
* Raised the low/med/high values for GPU governor one step each
* Only the basic governors and schedulers to reduce the bloat.
* Default Governor is Interactive
* Deadline scheduler is default and optimized for performance
* Dynamic Fsync
* User Space voltage control
* USB fast charge
* AOSP Version patched to Linux 3.4.57
* No scripts needed to make OC stick for CPU or GPU
* Latest patches from AOSP 3.4 branch
* MANY upstream patches from other 3.4 kernels
* Ext 4 support
* Faux Sound
* Synced latest from CM
* Probably more that I'm missing

Eclipse 1.3 is a TW ROM, so download the TW version.

Haven't tried it yet...but my understanding is that this kernel doesn't break smart stay and is very close to a stock kernel, but with some improvements.
