Today I attempted to download a ringtone from the verizon media store and could not do it. The option to save the song was unavailable no matter how I tried. the text message was received but after that no luck. I called a verizon tech and in the end he informed me that there is a glitch in the software and ringtones cannot be accessed via the internet. He also said it should be fixed by November.
I also tried to do it through vcast tones on the phone and it was also no good. Any other suggestions out there. Or should I just wait for the update in November?
