problem installing update

I had a problem with my phone letting me know i had an email so I checked for and update and found this one 4.5.602.en.us. I down load it then click to install is and it says that it didn't install after the phone re starts. I have the phone rooted. I tried un rooting and got the same thing. Any idea what the heck is going on?

You never know what could be going on with the update since your phone is rooted. I would suggest an SBF back to stock, then take the OTA update. However, you wouldn't have root after that. If you want root, you're gonna have to wait for the rooted public release of .602 from TBH. Either way, if you're on .596 now, in order to update your phone, you're going to have to SBF back to .340.

Are there instructions on how to SBF back to .340? I am stuck @ .588 and want to get back to a supported configuration.

If you don't want Liberty GB, just don't install the LGB 0.x zip at the end.

EDIT: That'll get you to rooted .596 or .602, whichever you choose. If you want to stick with .340, DON'T skip activation or follow any instructions after it tells you to unless you want root and bootstrap.
