preview app update?

When there's an app update that's getting mixed reviews am I able to backup with TI, MyBackup, etc, then update and, if I don't like it restore the old apk? It sounds like it wold make sense....guess I'm just looking for confirmation

Yes. Backup the version you want to keep then install the update. If you don't like it, uninstall the app from your phone and just restore from TiBu. This will work unless you have auto backup or something scheduled in TiBu.

Sweet thanks. Everyone is complaining about the ESPN update. Seems pretty great to me, just didn't want to risk it

I have the ESPN update too, some things arent perfect, but overall its decent. And backing up is a good idea, couldn't tell you how many times ive updated an app only to get force closes or errors or something along those lines.

Guess I'll just have to give it a few days to see if it works for me. Nice to know I can revert if needed
