Ok, so this is a tiny little problem I've had for awhile now. Sometimes when I'm in a phone call and I need to use the number pad, I practically have to have a seizure in order for the screen to light up again. As we speak I have just rooted my phone and intend to load kaos froyo on it. Does anyone know if this issue is addressed or if not, has anyone found a way around it? Personally I wish I could just click the trackball to make the screen light up.

i had that problem for a while before rooting, it was like the proximity sensor didn't work. i haven't had the problem since rooting, wierd. i am running xtrrom and no issues,

Well I hope this fixes it. I actually decided on nonsensikal froyo instead of kaos, seemed to run better IMO.

Haven't had this prob in awhile but I think u just hold 'menu' down.
