power saver takes away .5 ghz speed from phone wow!!!!!!!!!!

i was running antutu bench mark test & scored lower than my bionic & was buzzled why, when i checked my sytem info it said i was at 1.03 ghz speed not 1.5 ghz, then i remeberd i had power saver on . took it off & my phone acts totally different & scored way higher than my bionic. also it will affect your blue tooth connectivity, & internet browsing

you could take the cpu saver off of the power saving settings if you need that extra power
