Please help my phone is going crazy and idk what to do:(

my phone for the for the past three days has being going off on its own pushing random things and the only way to stop it is by taking out the battery. today though my back button on the touch screen stopped working, does this mean i need to send in the phone. please help

If the back button stopped working it needs to go back if you can't get it working again.
