I recently purchased a new head unit for my car, a kenwood KDC-MP345U. I have a DroidX and I would like to play Pandora through the unit. It has a USB dock on the front, which works great for a thumb drive, etc..., but now I would like to see about using the Droid for Pandora. The Kenwood does not have Bluetooth, so that is out. Any suggestions?

Does it have an auxiliary input? If it does you can use that.

I just looked it up and it does have an auxiliary input. Its in the front right below the usb input. So all you should need is a 3.5mm male to male stereo cable.

That is great, thank you! So, I will just plug that cable into my droid?

Yes, it has 2 male ends for the cable. plug it in like you are plugging headphones in to your droid, plug the other end to the head unit. then change the mode to AUX on the head unit. and you have music!
