I've had a Nexus One, Four and Six which were Google phones. Had several different brands since but think I'm going to try the Pixel 6 this time around.
The only thing I will say that might squash the rumored September release date is Android 12. New Pixels always ship with the new version of Android. And Android 12 beta is nowhere near ready for primetime use (in my humble opinion). We are currently on beta 4.1, awaiting beta 5 and unless Google pulls off a miracle Android 12 will not be ready by mid September. I guess anything is possible though.
