Pipo 9m pro slow

My new (1 month) Pipo is so extremely slow. I sit forever to wait for a new page to turn up on the net, and every other time it cannot connect until "try again".
Net speed according to ocla is 16 mbps, shouldnt be a problem.
Turbofly HD runs smooth.
Any ideas?
