Pinch to zoom any app

I'm having a hard time seeing my screen, reading my text messages because my eyes are messed up from chemo and radiation treatments.
Any apps that will pinch and zoom anywhere and any app?

I came across this thread looking for the same thing... I found this site that might help with a similar function... Hope u are feeling better after your treatment btw
