Before I updated my phone all the pictures on my phone were full screen. Now all the pictures look like they were taken in 8mp. Does anybody else's pictures look like this?

My Gallery pictures and videos suddenly recently all come out different orientation. Laying 90°left. Every time i turn the phone picture turns so i can never look at the picture straight on. Help.
Touch the screen with two fingers and rotate it.. new with ics

Thank you so much. Turning pictures worked with two fingers. Please now tell me how to turn a video that's in the wrong direction. I hope you have the solution.
Unfortunately, if you took the video with the stock camera app in portrait mode, it will only show it 90° rotated and I have yet to figure out how to rotate it without a video editor app. This was also the case in GB and I hoped that it would have been fixed in ICS, but not. With Camera ICS, you can shoot video in portrait mode and it will play in portrait mode.
