No problems as far as keeping it in the front pocket is concerned. I'm not so sure about some of my jeans (may be a tad snug), but no problems at all with the work clothes.

No problems as far as keeping it in the front pocket is concerned. I'm not so sure about some of my jeans (may be a tad snug), but no problems at all with the work clothes.
Has anyone had any problems with the faceplate around the screen on the Otterbox fitting loosely? Or is it nice and snug? The problem I had with the Seidio was just that -- the top part of the case that fit around the screen was very loose, and it happened with both cases I tried (both purple). Of course in my case it appeared to be a manufacturer's defect, as my husband's blue Seidio case doesn't have that problem on his Droid. It's the entire reason why I am sending my Seidio case back for a return and purchasing the Otterbox instead.
id say laying face up the profile is more like \________/ on the bottom. but anyway my top piece is snug.... in fact i cant get the darn thing off lol.
like i literally half heartedly tried a few times just to see how easy it would come off and it would take a considerable amount of work to get it off.
I've warmed up to the case over the last day or two. I still don't particularly love the "plasticy" look of it. But having large hands it makes it nicer to handle because of the size being a little bigger. When someone said lint collector they certainly werent joking. The rubber gasket really grabs lint... immediately.

Thanks for the replies. I received my Otterbox case today and so far I REALLY like it. The top cover isn't wiggly at all. Fits very snuggly. The entire case fits beautifully, and feels very solid. I wasn't sure if I'd like the finish (I liked the finish of the Seidio a lot, although neither Seidio case fit well), however, the Otterbox finish feels very nice. So far, so good.
It also seemed a lot easier to install than the Seidio, and the tabs feel a lot less "pokey" and a lot more smooth than on the Seidio. I also like the way all of the ports and buttons are covered, but are still very functional. The posters that remarked that the rubber sections attract link are correct...they do, but considering the other pluses of this case, I think I'll be a lot happier with it than the Seidio. Now if it only were purple....

That really just depends on the jeans. I do the same thing and did with my voyager which was much bigger and found myself constantly checking my pocket out of paranoia. I'm sure it would be fine but my mind wouldn't be at ease regardless because all that goes through my head is my pricey phone sliding under a semi at 65 MPH.
Ok, I've been using the Otterbox for two days now. Wow! I like it a LOT better than the Seidio Innocase. It feels a lot more solid, and as others have previously mentioned, the rubberized covering over the buttons actually make the buttons more responsive and easier to use. My husband still has his Seidio case on his Droid, and although it's still very nice, IMHO the Otterbox is much nicer. I'm really glad I switched.

I really want this, BUT also REALLY use the windshield dock thingy in my car.... What to do, what to do.... Any suggestions??

I just got my Otterbox case yesterday and put it on. Feels nice, but I'm not sure I like the extra bulkiness :-/
