Phone Shutting off randomly??

Wow.... what you have to go through to register to post :blink::wacko: I hope they can give me an answer.

Exactly. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I gave up on that one and called VZW's tech, and they advised a complete "wipe" of the phone. The person said there was a fix coming sometime soon. That was a couple of weeks ago, and I have had absolutely no problems since I did as they recommended.

Is the extended battery shaking loose?

The battery did not seem to be loose when I pulled it out. Actually was lodged in pretty good.
