Phone rings 1 time

I noticed a few days ago after installing r3ds urban theme that my phone will only ring 1 time in incoming calls. I'd like to think this is not because of the theme since they usually don't have much to do with ringtones but was wondering if anybody has had a similar issue or what I should do besides getting rid of the theme.
