Phone not receiving calls from certain numbers

So I have found out, through much unpleasantness, that when my girlfriend calls my phone it rings twice and goes to voicemail, for me it doesn't ring at all. I was running cyanogen 7.0.2, upgraded to 7.0.3 but that didn't fix it.

I have done *228 options 1 and 2 and neither fixed it. I am out of ideas and searching has proven fruitless, hoping someone here can help. Thanks in advance.

FYI for nayone who fidns this thread and is in a similar situation - factory reset from privacy menu fixed this and did not wipe my ROM or unroot my phone. I backed up using MyBackup Root before hand and restore djust apps and SMS/MMS/Call Log info and I'm all good now.
