Phone Idle and Cell Standby

With this rom they run from 30-47 percent in the battery use. Any idea on how I could fix this? I did a dalvik and cache wipe along with a user data wipe before installing the rom, and fix permissions after installing it.

Id wager to say its a code bug.
This was the issue with the initial d3 stock rom.it was fixed with the ota so I woder what base of code this is based on.
About to go back to stock ad I love liberty..

i never had to factory reset. all i did was re-install the liberty rom, but i did change the network to CDMA and went to accounts and turned off background data after re-installing and now its working great. still an unusual amount of cell standby and phone idle, but battery is lasting way longer.
