Occasionally when making or receiving phone calls on my D2G, I experience microphone/speaker problems. The microphone problem is that the person on the other end of the call cannot hear me, the phone is not on mute I make sure every time. The speaker problem is that sometimes even when the call volume is all the way up, I can barely hear the other person. Does anyone else have this problem? Should I take it in to Verizon or can I fix it?
