Callers only hear me when on speaker phone??

When I make or recieve calls the the person on the other side can only hear me when I have the phone on speaker phone, as soon as I switch off speaker they can't hear me. I turned off voice privacy and I am not accidently hitting mute...anyone else have this problem??!

I had that problem. The mic died on the phone. Call verizon and get a Certified Like New Replacement Device.

Plugging in headphones killed my first Dx. It wouldn't switch back to regular. Had to get vzw to overnight new phone.
