pc no longer recognizes droid 1

Phone always connected fine to my pc's ( I never connected very often, used mainly to sync up music or when out of town I used it as a modem). Now, PC no longer recognizes it. I downloaded new driver from motorola site, but still nothing, this is on all 3 computers. What's going on??? No usb icon appears on my droid notification bar anymore, nothing on the pc. Please help.

Try a different usb cable. If that doesnt work, make sure your card didnt bite the dust. It most likely isnt your phone, as everything else seems to work just fine.

Pull the battery and also reseat the sd card, make sure it's seated correctly.

Thank you! After hours on the phone with motorola and hours on their support site (go ahead, ask me anything, I bet I know the answer , It was as simple as reseating my sd card???!!!
Can't thank you enough. I'm once again a very happy dancedroid!
