Hey well I was using the native app to get my work email and it was working just fine. I think my company updated something and now its not working.
As far as I know its an exchange account and you use owa. I downloaded Touchdown and put all the same things in the setup as I would the native app and it works fine which is annoying when it works one way and not the other. I looked at the settings in Touchdown and they seem to be the same that I use in the native email app but it will not connect to the server? Is there some sort of setting Im not looking at or taking into account to do for the native app to work? What is Touchdown doing that the Native is not?
I tryed K9 and it will not work with the same settings i really dont feel like paying 20 dollars when the native app was cruising along just fine
