Outlook exchange, not updating sent e-mails

I am a heavy e-mail user and coming fronm Black Berry, I'm a little frustrated. Opening and sending e-mails seems slow, but most importantly, my sent e-mails are 4 days behind. I'm using a corporate exhange.

Check you setting of your outlook again, esp. the compatibility.

I have checked my settings. I have had verizon employees look at it several times, they called tech support and they were not able to figure it out.
