Orientation Problems

Has anyone else been having a problem when changing from landscape back to portrait orientation it causes your Droid to restart. My Droid has been doing this since I got it several months ago and since the latest system update it's been happening a lot more recently. This is esp annoying when I'm using my Droid as a GPS and I hit a bump and it changes my screen orientation. My whole phone will freeze for about 5 seconds and then restarts and it makes me want to throw my phone out the window and run it over. Thankfully the Navigation remembers my location in the recent list or the phone would have actually probably gone out the window by now...
