Option to leave screen on when charging?

I know that at one point yesterday, I turned off an option that kept the screen on while the phone was charging. Now, for the life of me, I can't find the option again.

Anyone able to help?

Menu > Settings > Applications > Development > Stay Awake(Screen will never sleep while charging)
