Ok need advice, does droid go back

Only one issue with droid and i had hoped new screen update would fix it and it did not, My screen will unlock with lite swipe 24/7 but when a call comes in it will not unlock. Is it time for exchange?

Need more info... When a call comes in the unlock screen should change to an Answer/Ignore screen and a swipe one direction or the other does what you need.

yeah you gotta swipe it, not just push the button.

should be having any problems when it comes to answering phone calls.

There lies the problem, i do not get that screen but i do see the green droid guy and the name of who is calling but no answer or ignore message.

Hmm....that is odd.

You really don't see a green phone icon or a red phone icon? If not you should get that unit replaced or do a factory reset. How long have you had the phone?

Any third party home screens or dialer apps installed?
I would second the motion to do a factory reset, if it's still buggy get it exchanged.

Factory reset did it thanks you guys, it put the red and green icons back. And yes i have been trying a lot of dialer apps the last week or so.
