Note 3 and XLTE?

Hi guys - thinking about switching over from my RAZR MAXX to Note 3. Wondering if anyone here has direct experience with XLTE (in particular from the NYC area).

I do buy Kennedy's Airport I get 75mps down 35 up. In Manhattan by Penn Station I get 35 down 27 up.
