Not able to access SD card

I've had my DX since Christmas, so it's basically new. When I hit 'files' in the app reel, the only two options that show up are "Phone files" and "Shared Folders". Should another option for the SD Card not be there? If so, where should it be? Thanks for any help

Phone files is what you want...

Look for sdcard in the list

Yeah, I checked there too and there's nothing that says "sdcard". Would it be under a different name?

everything showing in phone files is what is on the sd card
