Okay so I'm going to root my phone again after un-rooting it. Anyways the question....Do I need to wipe/restore/erase everything on my phone every time I want to flash a new rom?

Yea I was just throwing words out there that had to do with erasing.

Oh ok
Wipe cache,data,dalvik cache, factory reset and wipe battery stats is what I always do
And always make a backup before you flash any rom
