Just rooted simple questions

So I just rooted my phone using the revolutionary method and am wanting to now remove bloatware... Should I first back everything up and then uninstall the apps or just get rid of them? And what is the best way to remove them? Sorry for the simple questions I am a noob to this!

Don't delete. Freeze with Titanium Backup or rename to .bak
