A question about flashing roms and game apps

I am sure there is a simple answer to this, but I have not seen anyone discuss this. I'm using a DX and I am on Liquid 2.4. I have been flashing new roms and updates frequently lately. My question is this. When you do a data wipe, is there a way to save your progress in a game app? So many roms need a data wipe and it is getting old losing your progress in a game and having to start all over from the beginning after every wipe. Thanks in advance for your tips or answers..

If you use titanium backup you can back up the data for your apps and restore them when you flash a new rom.

Thanks for the reply. I do have and use titanium backup all the time. It seems when I restore an app that it does not save my game progress and restore it (maybe my screw up) and a lot of the newer roms are warning not to restore data, just the app only after a flash.
