Transferring game progress from iPhone 4s to Galaxy 5

Hi guys,
I'm new here and have a tech question. I've looked around and found partial answers to the question concerning photos and videos ect but have not found an answer for game progress. I am about to switch from a iphone4s to a Galaxy 5 and wanted to know if there is a way to transfer game progress from one to another. Games like clash if clans, candy crush ect, my progress is pretty high and I don't want to loose all of it. Is there a way to transfer this information?

Welcome to the Forum.

You may want to contact the developers and ask your question. My guess is the data is stored in the App and my not be transferable across OS's. But that's just a guess.

Apportable.Com makes a program that converts iOS games to Android, but you likely will need to get them through the app store due to copyright concerns.
