Backing Up Game Progress

I want to data wipe and cache wipe to install a new ROM but when I did that last time I lost all of my apps and game progress. ex. angry birds and angry birds seasons...I don't want to have to do them all over again so is there a way to back that up as well?

I already have a way to save all my sms messages and contacts and such just the games would be nice.
