No network connection after dropping droid 3 in water

So I droped my droid 3 in water I took out the battery and dried everything with a paper towel. I put in rice for a day it powers up but I get no network connection. Has this happend to anyone? can this be fixed? any suggestions? thanks

This is just my experience from opening my DROIDx but the cord that connects the radio in my phone is extremely easy to come off..maybe open up your phone and check (find a tutorial on YouTube) maybe the you'll see if there's any burns on boards too...sorry if this is bad news just trying to help
