no Autocomplete in Facebook or Market

I did a search for this topic but did not find anything. Why does the Autocomplete/Tx9 feature not work in the marker nor facebook?

because in the market some apps have unusual names and the predictive/auto complete feature would cause more problems than it would help. IDK about the facebook issue cuz mine auto completes there.

OK I understand about the market. NOW FB is working, this morning though, it was not.
