Its blocked you can't get it.

No yeah definitely but I am not aware of a workaround right now for the maxx hd. Unless you know of a way?

Yea none of the ways out their work it just says app not installed.

It will probably never make it to the maxx phone is too locked down, any nexus device whether on verizon or not will always have a work around just due to their openness.
