Nexus 4 Stuck on google screen

I rooted my phone and put a rom on it. Phone gets stuck on google screen ive tried the nexus 4 toolkit. It says that I have flashed the factory rom. But Still wont load.

How long are you letting it sit? It can take up to 10min for the initial bootup.

I let it sit for a good 30 minutes.

says I dont have an operating system. I dont understand why the stock flash isent taking care of that

Are you still able to access your custom recovery and go back to a nandroid backup?

i have been having the same problem as the guy above with his nexus. if you know how to fix this i would love to know. i have tried just about everything. i think what made it worst is that i wiped data/factory reset it and wiped cache partition. my phone also gets stuck on the google logo and yes i get to fastboot mode and recovery mode. any help is appreciate
