YES!! You can now Recover your phone using the newest version of Samsung KIES Ver. and iot will completely reset your phone to factory! I am currently performing this to test test the functionality and results! I am so happy they finally gave the control back to Samsung! ;)
 
Ok! I have used samsung kies to restore my phone!! And it worked beautifully!! Everything is great in my world once more!!
