news and weather widget problems

Just switched out my Droid with a new one and now the news and weather app doesn't connect. It says cannot connect to server. Anybody have this problem?

Same here. I don't think it's your phone. My news was working fine up until a few hours ago, so it probably has to do with their servers or w/e.

Same - same here, been that way for a couple hours or more - nothing wrong with the phone as far as I can tell, somethings up with the network.

Just tried again - Beautiful Weather widget is working fine ... the new 2.1 stock weather still can't connect - differentially something wrong/up with the server ....
