New update for X

There are a few things that they took away that I am not happy about, for example, not being able to send a contact directly to voicemail, and the layout of the contacts now are the biggest ones. so far my LED is working although others have reported their's isn't. The X does seem faster to me, and seems to run smoothly although it already rebooted itself once last night.... time will tell... could always sbf back to froyo I guess....

You can still send to voicemail. Click on the contact, then press menu button, options.

Yeah, I'm missing that too. I like knowing the percentage of battery power remaining.

not sure where this was on 2.2 but u can still get a % by looking under settings->about phone->status. still a pain, would have liked to see it in the notification bar

Just go to the market and search for "Battery Widget". You'll get a 1x1 widget to put on one of your home screens with the % battery remaining. I have it right on my main home screen.

I've still got my battery widget. Was here after the update, same as always.
