New thunderbolt owner. And I need help please

Hi I just purchased a thunderbolt yesterday and I notice I barley have 3g service and I don't have 4g service. And another thing doesn't a thunderbolt have 8 gigs of internal memory? If so mine only has 2.6 gigs can someone please help me out.

4g is available in 38 markets currently. VZW is firing up nearly 75 markets later this year. Ur phone will run 3g n will eventually u will get 4g in ur area... At least ur prepared. As for ur memory thing all the phones say that b/c HTC sense n other programming take almost 5gb of memory just to run ur phone. No biggy though u have a free 32 gb memory card anyways.
