New razr update has been released 2/10/12!!!!!

Hey everyone, the new update has been released.

Settings --> About phone --> system updates.

Its pretty good. Improvements noticed:

Camera is a lot faster, smoother and better focused pictures
Battery life is a bit longer
All around slightly faster with apps and internet
A few icon changes

I'm sure their are more but thats what i noticed in the past 6 hours.

thanks for letting us know. I'd figure the phone will alert us on an update on its own but I guess not.

So far I like the new ota. Phone seems smoother and faster, camera more stable.

Update is good...fixed GPS/mapping issues...but also breaks root. Had to go back to .748 using Matts wonderful 1.2 utility and instructions to root again, root-keep, and update once more...worked great

Do users seriously not look through threads? This had been posted over and over on this forum and the update started rolling out on the 7th! Kinda late to start a thread that makes it sound like it is new.

it's kinda like the million "when's the galaxy nexus update coming" threads.

There is always that 10% that doesn't get the word and then the ones who are nicely patiently waiting for a notice to upgrade........ so this thread doesn't hurt anything and probably helps a few ....:happy3:
