New Fennec Build - its getting great

Yeah i got it to work..just fine. and i am non rooted
.i had to DL it to my pc first > DL section > then install via ASTRO...
And it worked just fine...just too slow for me..loved the UI. That was nice.. I like the way it looked in general..so many tools just on the UI alone.
Really would like to have this browser when its official.
Any word on the final build?

Maybe that is something with ur all custom rom. cuz we have a lot of stock milestoners running it!

Well chrome is a good browser, but they also are using a new dalvikvm and stable optimized JIT which helps significantly I'm guessing. I'm sure once other browsers can start optimizing for it, they will see a nice bump too.

One thing I read I believe is that Fennec uses opengl for all it's rendering which I do not think any other browser does atm, is that correct? so when they get this thing final and optimized for the new vm and jit and whatever new goodies..............hold on to your hats! haha :icon_ banana:
